Since 2018, Halde wine has been aged beneath the waters of Lake Kari, located on majestic Mount Aragats at 3,185 meters above sea level. Each year, specially designed cages filled with wine bottles are submerged in the lake for 12 months or longer. This extraordinary aging method enhances the wine’s softness, depth, and complexity — results confirmed through laboratory analysis and professional blind tastings.
